Refund Policy

1. General PolicyAt Emma Advertising GmbH, we strive to provide high-quality digital marketing services to our clients. Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been initiated or delivered.

2. Service-Based WorkOur services include digital marketing strategy, social media management, SEO support, email marketing, content management, and other related marketing services. Once work on a project or campaign has started, the service is considered in progress and is therefore non-refundable.

3. Client ResponsibilityClients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements and communication. Any delays caused by missing information or late feedback from the client do not qualify for a refund.

4. Exceptional CasesIn rare circumstances, Emma Advertising GmbH may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Cancellation PolicyClients may request to cancel ongoing services. However, cancellation will only apply to future services that have not yet been started. Any work already completed or currently in progress will not be refundable.

6. Processing TimeIf a refund is approved, the processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider.
